Description

You will lead technical development for ServiceNow solutions, owning implementations across ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, Service Catalog, and IRM (GRC).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and Service Catalog modules.
• Execute IRM (GRC) implementations, configuring Risk and Compliance modules to meet business needs.
• Apply Horizontal (SCCM & IP), Top-Down (Service Mapping), Cloud, and Pattern-Based Discovery methods.
• Consult with clients to interpret business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Drive technical decisions by presenting options with clear pros, cons, and risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a key technical resource in ServiceNow development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM (GRC) implementations.
• Proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and Service Catalog.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CSA, CIS-Risk and Compliance, CIS-TPRM, and CAD.
• Industry Certifications: SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master.
