Description

Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications to meet organizational needs. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Support vulnerability response processes and ensure system security and compliance.
• Consult with clients on service-oriented architecture and web technologies.
• Contribute to project conversions and ongoing support initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
• 6+ months of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• 5+ years of experience with service-oriented architecture and client consulting.
• 1+ year of experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and ES5+.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex application issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in technical panel interviews.
