Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations tailored to specific customer requirements. You own the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, test automation, and code delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to delivery.
• Develop workflows and scripts to automate business processes and personalize existing applications.
• Collaborate with Architects and Team Leads to produce high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Estimate development effort for requirements and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3.5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience, excluding pure administration roles.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, or SecOps.
• Experience with CSS and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to apply test automation to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, or M.Sc degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or Application Developer Certification.
• Development experience in ITBM, Security Ops, or GRC.
