Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules. You will build API integrations using REST and SOAP and implement custom logic via JavaScript and Glide API.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
• Implement REST and SOAP API integrations for system connectivity.
• Write efficient JavaScript scripts using Glide API for business logic.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to enhance the ServiceNow user experience.
• Solve technical problems independently and collaborate with the team.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow API integration (REST, SOAP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles within the ServiceNow platform.
