Description

You will build and maintain end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITBM modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
• Develop scripted components including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Design and customize complex workflows and custom workflow activities.
• Manage data integrity by creating Import sets, Data Sources, Transform maps, and Transform Scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using MID Server setup, SOAP, and REST web services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow client-side and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITBM modules.
• Experience implementing Service Portal using AngularJS.
• Strong knowledge of AJAX, SOAP, and REST integrations.
• Experience with CMDB, Asset, and Discovery.
• Ability to gather business requirements and document technical solutions.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
