Description

Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications, ITSM modules, and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application code, user interfaces, and integrations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Design and implement complex workflows, custom workflow activities, and approval processes.
• Manage system data through Tables, CMDB, Import Sets, and Update Sets.
• Execute migration activities across Dev, QA, and Production environments and coordinate upgrades.
• Investigate performance issues using system logs and troubleshooting tools.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development.
• ServiceNow Architect or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery, Prototype, and Jelly scripting.
• Proficiency with REST, WSDL, and JSON for third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Access Control Lists.
• Experience managing workflows, scheduled jobs, events, and triggers.
• Competency with transform maps, data sources, and transform scripts.
• Ability to build catalog items, wizards, record producers, and interceptors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with SPLUNK or AppDynamics.
• Ability to implement performance optimizations such as converting sync server calls to async.
