You will develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR Lifecycle events and transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for HR Lifecycle and HR Transitions projects.
• Build and maintain HR-related Performance Analytics Dashboards.
• Follow established architecture governance structures and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and perform peer code reviews to ensure development best practices.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Support to resolve platform issues and technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Module.
• Deep knowledge of the Performance Analytics module.
• Proven ability to capture and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Any Graduate degree.
