Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM and core modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Implement and support ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Build business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure platform best practices and security compliance.
• Optimize platform performance and maintain ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB integrity.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Expertise in JavaScript scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Developer practices and platform governance.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to other ServiceNow modules beyond ITOM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
