Description

You will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and enhancements aligned with business needs.
• Build automation workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development (ITSM, ITOM, or custom apps).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation.
• Experience with ITSM or ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with automation tools within ServiceNow.
