Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to address complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to delivery.
• Build workflows and scripts to personalize existing applications and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with Architects and Team Leads to produce high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, test automation, and delivery.
• Estimate development effort for requirements and drive process optimization through automation.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on ServiceNow design and development.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong focus on code quality, reusability, and standard design principles.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, or M.Sc).

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
