Description

You will develop and administer the ServiceNow platform to support core business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow components including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Develop integrations with third-party tools such as Azure AD and Slack using REST/SOAP Web Services and MID Server.
• Execute platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Apply ITIL framework principles to support ITSM processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency with ITSM, Web Services, and REST/SOAP.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Slack integrations.
• Deep understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
• Experience managing ServiceNow System Upgrades and patching.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
