Description

You will configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to support IT service management and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows, custom workflows, forms, views, and access controls.
• Manage Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and administer the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs and handle LDAP integration.
• Analyze system performance issues and implement enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, and Web Services.
• Experience with MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Ability to configure screen tailoring, report setup, and data imports.
• Experience with third-party software integrations and API development.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
