Description

You will design and develop user experiences within the ServiceNow platform using the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow CSM modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Design and implement solutions using the ServiceNow data model and structures.
• Enforce coding standards and perform unit testing to support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CSM implementations.
• Work within Agile frameworks using Scrum, User Stories, and Sprint models.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, and Business Rules.
• Experience managing Products and Service Catalogs.
• Ability to integrate external systems via REST web services.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.

• Any Graduate degree.
