Description

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
• Implement REST and SOAP API integrations for system connectivity.
• Write efficient JavaScript scripts using the Glide API for business logic.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to enhance the ServiceNow user experience.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow API integration (REST, SOAP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles within the ServiceNow platform.
