Description

• Design and develop custom applications within the ServiceNow GRC module
• Build workflows, business rules, scripts, and UI policies for GRC processes
• Develop TPRM solutions including vendor risk assessments and compliance workflows
• Create custom tables, fields, and forms aligned with business requirements
• Implement Service Portal customizations for end-user engagement
Integration & API Development:
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
• Build RESTful and SOAP web services using ServiceNow APIs
• Implement Inbound and Outbound integrations using MID Server
• Design data synchronization solutions
• Integrate AI/ML platforms (Claude) with ServiceNow workflows
• Manage API authentication and security protocols
TPRM & GRC Expertise:
• Implement Third-Party Risk Management workflows
• Configure GRC controls, risk assessments, and audit trails
• Develop compliance tracking and reporting solutions
• Build vendor management and risk scoring modules
• Create automated incident and issue management workflows
• Design control frameworks and policy management systems
GRC & TPRM Specific:
• Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies
• Third-Party vendor assessment and onboarding knowledge
• Control design and control testing experience
Technical Skills:
• Expert-level JavaScript programming
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP, Web Services)
• Strong HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation skills
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Query Language (SNQL) and database concepts (SQL)
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Server-side and Client-side scripts)
• Knowledge of GRC module configuration and customization
• TPRM workflow and process knowledge
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration concepts

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified GRC Specialist
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC
• Experience with AI/ML integration (Claude, ChatGPT API, or similar)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with MID Server administration
• Very good experience in preparing low level design/build documents
• Very good analytical and communication skills
