Description

You design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure ITOM Visibility modules and manage CMDB governance using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Develop and troubleshoot Discovery Patterns for servers, databases, middleware, and cloud resources.
• Create Service Mapping Patterns to discover application dependencies and business service topologies.
• Implement Service Graph Connectors for cloud providers, monitoring tools, and third-party systems.
• Support cloud discovery for AWS and Azure environments and maintain ServiceNow platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Deep expertise in ITOM, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB configuration, CI reconciliation, and normalization.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud discovery.
• Proficiency in developing custom probes, sensors, and integration workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot MID Servers, discovery schedules, and pattern execution failures.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Event Management and monitoring tool integration.
• Proven track record of improving CMDB data quality and health.
