You will develop and manage ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITSM and CSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITSM workflows including change, incident, and problem management.
• Implement CSM processes and Knowledge Management functionality.
• Identify and resolve complex Configuration Item (CI) relationships and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Direct experience with ITSM and CSM modules.
• Deep understanding of change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
• Knowledge of CSM processes and Knowledge Management.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex CI dependencies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certification.
