Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement various ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Build transform maps to import external data and maintain integrations, ServiceNow Automations, and custom Orchestration activities.
• Maintain discovery health, troubleshooting issues with IPs and network devices, and managing Service Mapping and MID server builds.
• Develop features across ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Flow Designer modules.
• Handle routine system administration, including user changes, catalog item revisions, and reporting requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Skilled in using Flow Designer and Service Portal design.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog implementation.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and core platform modules.
• Familiarity with configuration of CMDB and asset lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
