Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions. Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules including Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management. Build forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations using JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular. Administer multiple instances, managing access control, workflow automation, and system upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Conduct testing and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain clean, maintainable code for forms, scripts, and integrations.
• Administer ServiceNow instances, including user management and system upgrades.
• Translate business workflows into technical solutions and document processes.
• Test enhancements and provide training to end-users and administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator.
• Proven expertise configuring ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular.
• Experience with platform configuration, access control, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS in one or more modules).
• Ability to manage integrations with external programs and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow product implementation.
• ITIL v4 certification.
