Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Demand Management, Service Catalog, and End User Services.
• Develop forms, catalog items, record producers, workflows, and automation.
• Work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and web service integrations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft O365, Outlook, and Teams.
• Develop self-service solutions using Service Catalog and Employee Center.
• Support Demand Management from intake and prioritization through fulfillment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, deployments, releases, code reviews, and platform governance.
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents, enhancements, and platform issues.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and distributed delivery teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • ITSM
  • Service Catalog
  • ServiceNow Integrations
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft O365 applications, particularly Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with workflow automation and forms development.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Demand Management, Employee Center, and End User Services.
• Exposure to HRSD, CSM, or ITOM.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification
