Description

You will develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM, DevOps modules, and complex integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize the ServiceNow platform using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and standard Workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow Change Velocity to collect data from planning, coding, testing, and orchestration toolchains.
• Automate change request creation and approval processes directly from CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for application-level issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Custom Applications, and Reporting.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal and REST integrations.
• Experience with DevOps configuration and ServiceNow Change Velocity (DevOps).
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist.
