Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, DevOps modules, and custom application development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build customizations using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Configure ServiceNow Change Velocity to collect data from planning, coding, testing, and orchestration tools.
• Automate change request creation and approval processes within CI/CD pipelines based on defined policies.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST and Integration Hub.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve application issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and Reporting.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow DevOps modules and Change Velocity.
• Proficiency in Service Portal development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical expertise in Workflows and Integration Hub.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist.
