Description

Design, develop, and maintain applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and HRSD.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Customize forms, lists, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and scheduled jobs.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Manage platform upgrades and patch management to ensure compatibility and minimize disruption.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform functionality and integrations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow developer experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM and HRSD.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications.
• Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience using Glide API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
