Description

You will develop and customize ServiceNow modules to support ITSM, DevOps, and custom application requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customize the platform using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Configure ServiceNow DevOps modules and Change Velocity to integrate data from planning, coding, testing, and orchestration tools.
• Automate change request creation and approval processes directly from CI/CD pipelines based on defined policies.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools using REST and Integration Hub.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for application issues to ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Reporting, and Custom Applications.
• Experience with Service Portal, Workflows, and Integration Hub.
• Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow Change Velocity (DevOps).
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, or Implementation Specialist.
