Description

Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on event management, discovery, and service mapping within an agile squad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new event management practices and ITOM modules.
• Lead customer requirements discussions for deploying ServiceNow solutions.
• Refine and document technical standards through communities of practice.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies from initial design through delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM implementation experience, specifically Event Management.
• Proficiency in JSON scripting for Event, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and event/alert rules.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integrations.
• Familiarity with APM and logging products including SiteScope, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Practical knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
