Description

You will own the configuration, development, and integration of ServiceNow ITSM applications, ensuring reliable delivery across design, test, and production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom applications, Service Catalog items, and complex widgets using JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, web services, XML, and data imports.
• Implement security controls, Business Rules, UI Policies, and workflows to support business processes.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, system integration testing, and solution migration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow architecture, including ACLs, Script Includes, and Update Sets.
• Knowledge of SQL query creation and LDAP integration with Oracle, MySQL, and AD.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL standards.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
