You will develop and customize the ServiceNow platform to integrate business applications across on-prem, AWS, and Azure environments.
Responsibilities
Develop and customize core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests using workflows, client-side scripting, ACLs, and business rules.
Configure backend integrations with products like Turbot, CMDB, and AWS via APIs.
Optimize the CMDB and manage configuration for onboarding business applications.
Design and create ServiceNow forms for Office 365, SharePoint, and MPP.
Integrate AWS services such as EC2 and EFS to use ServiceNow as a frontend.
Collaborate with testing teams to validate platform functionalities.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and 1-2 years in ServiceNow administration.
5+ years of overall software development experience.
2-3 years of JavaScript development and debugging experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure integrations.
Proficiency with Office 365 and SharePoint.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow frontend and backend operations and best practices.
Experience with business workflow design and debugging.
Knowledge of ITIL Foundation best practices and ITSM.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
