Description

You will develop and customize the ServiceNow platform to integrate business applications across on-prem, AWS, and Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize core modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests using workflows, client-side scripting, ACLs, and business rules.
• Configure backend integrations with products like Turbot, CMDB, and AWS via APIs.
• Optimize the CMDB and manage configuration for onboarding business applications.
• Design and create ServiceNow forms for Office 365, SharePoint, and MPP.
• Integrate AWS services such as EC2 and EFS to use ServiceNow as a frontend.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and 1-2 years in ServiceNow administration.
• 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• 2-3 years of JavaScript development and debugging experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure integrations.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow frontend and backend operations and best practices.
• Experience with business workflow design and debugging.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation best practices and ITSM.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience executing projects in a GxP environment.
