Description

You will customize the ServiceNow platform to support core ITSM modules and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Customize core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests using workflows, client-side scripting, ACLs, and business rules.
• Configure the platform to onboard business applications hosted on-premises, AWS, or Azure.
• Develop backend integrations with products like TurboT, CMDB, and AWS using APIs.
• Design and build forms for Office 365, SharePoint, and MPP.
• Optimize the CMDB, manage configuration processes, and assist testing teams with functional verification in GxP environments.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and 1-2 years in Administration.
• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• 2-3 years of JavaScript development and debugging experience.
• Proficiency with scripting, ACLs, APIs, AWS, Azure, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow frontend and backend operations and best practices.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL Foundations.
• Ability to design and debug business workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Experience with AWS service integrations such as EC2 and EFS.
