You will customize the ServiceNow platform to support core ITSM modules and cloud integrations.
Responsibilities
Customize core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Requests using workflows, client-side scripting, ACLs, and business rules.
Configure the platform to onboard business applications hosted on-premises, AWS, or Azure.
Develop backend integrations with products like TurboT, CMDB, and AWS using APIs.
Design and build forms for Office 365, SharePoint, and MPP.
Optimize the CMDB, manage configuration processes, and assist testing teams with functional verification in GxP environments.
Required Skills
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and 1-2 years in Administration.
3-5 years of software development experience.
2-3 years of JavaScript development and debugging experience.
Proficiency with scripting, ACLs, APIs, AWS, Azure, and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow frontend and backend operations and best practices.
Experience with ITSM processes and ITIL Foundations.
