Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts using JavaScript and Glide Script.
• Develop automated workflows to improve IT and business operations.
• Create custom service portal pages, widgets, and user interface components.
• Prepare test plans, execute unit tests, and ensure solution quality.
• Apply GenAI to automate or modernize processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Record.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management modules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to apply GenAI to automate or modernize processes.
