Description

You will develop and maintain ServiceNow platform functionalities, with a focus on CMDB and HRSD modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs.
• Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, Discovery, and identification and reconciliation processes.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and post-production maintenance.
• Design solutions leveraging ServiceNow Out-of-Box functions and capabilities.
• Resolve end-user queries and collaborate with Service Request teams to fix issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and CSM.
• Proficiency in Web Services including REST, SOAP APIs, XML, AJAX, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow database and JavaScript/GUI debugging.
• Experience working within Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to work in large corporate environments with strong technical writing skills.
