Description

Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB modules to manage asset lifecycles, data integration, and compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure the ITAM module, including asset classes, categories, and attributes.
• Develop custom scripts, business rules, workflows, and notifications using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Maintain asset discovery tools and data integration processes to ensure CMDB accuracy.
• Implement software license management, procurement processes, and cost tracking workflows.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to track asset utilization and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM module customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and data integration best practices.
• Experience implementing software license management and compliance processes.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
