Description

You will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, managing enhancements from planning through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Write, test, and review code, adhering to established coding standards.
• Collaborate with system administrators to resolve production issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements from planning to deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong experience with APM/CSDM, Service Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem, CMDB, and Demand modules.
• Proficiency with Application Portfolio Management, Integration Hub, and NOW Platform integrations.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL 4 practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
