Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions to support organizational business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management modules, including Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
  • Design and develop solutions leveraging ITSM, HR, Discovery, CMDB, and ITOM modules using configuration and custom JavaScript.
  • Maintain platform components including Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades by developing complete test models.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to define processes and develop analytical dashboards and reports.
  • Automate tasks and orchestrate workflows to support operational integrity.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management Process, Design, and Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer in an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML and JavaScript.
  • 3+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs, SAML, SSL, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPs.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ITIL Foundations Certification and Agile training or certification.
  • Experience with Asset Management and ITBM.
