You will design, administer, and develop solutions within an enterprise ServiceNow environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer IT Service Management processes.
• Develop integration solutions using ServiceNow APIs and web services.
• Implement authentication and connectivity protocols including SSO, SAML, and LDAP.
• Maintain web service connections using RESTful and SOAP protocols.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer in an enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management Process, Design, and Administration.
• 3+ years of experience with HTML and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, and LDAP.
• Proficiency with JDBC, ODBC, SCP, and FTPs.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
