Description

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions.
• Customize forms, workflows, business rules, and UI pages to automate processes.
• Write and maintain JavaScript and GlideScript to enhance platform functionality.
• Perform platform administration, including user management, access controls, and system configuration.
• Conduct testing and provide ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance for existing implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and system optimization.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation for configurations and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications.
