Description

You will own ServiceNow Portal development and platform stability. This role requires building integrations, debugging system issues, and implementing solutions across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features within the ServiceNow Portal.
• Build system integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST API.
• Debug and monitor the platform to ensure continuous stability.
• Implement solutions across at least two ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on ServiceNow Portal development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM, HR Service Delivery, or Workplace Services.
• Experience managing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Portal architecture.
