Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform solutions to satisfy business requirements.
• Develop Service Catalog items and custom workflows.
• Troubleshoot and debug platform issues using system logs and browser-based tools.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, and stakeholder demos.
• Manage data conversion tasks including integration, mapping, transformations, and bulk imports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding (Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages, Jelly Scripts).
• 6+ years of ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (Glide Dialog Window, Glide Form, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record, Glide Ajax).
• 6+ years of experience building custom workflows.
• 3+ years of experience building custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• 3+ years of experience with role/group-based ACL configuration and debugging.
• ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
• Experience working in an Agile project management environment.

Preferred Skills

• Service Portal development (Widgets, Service Portal Pages, Angular JS).
• UX/UI Design.
