Description

Design, develop, and deploy software solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet specific project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including forms, tables, workflows, and UI elements.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot software defects to identify and implement root cause solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM suites.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with integration methods including REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Strong programming command in JavaScript, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications.
• Expertise in Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) configuration and CRM modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with OAKS CRM.
