Description

Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions, focusing on automation, UI development, and security configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage custom workflows to automate complex business processes.
  • Develop custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX for enhanced user interaction.
  • Configure and debug role and group-based Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security.
  • Create and maintain Service Portal components, including Widgets and Pages, using AngularJS.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding.
  • 5+ years of experience building custom workflows and automating business logic.
  • 5+ years of experience building custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
  • 3+ years of experience with role/group-based ACL configuration and debugging.
  • 3+ years of experience in Service Portal development using AngularJS.
  • ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience in UX/UI Design.
