Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into functional workflows and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into functional workflows and implement them.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST API.
• Implement features using the Service Portal.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and establish proactive monitoring to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience in development roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules, including HR Service Delivery.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Proven ability to build and implement REST API integrations.
• Familiarity with Service Portal development.
• Minimum of two verified ServiceNow certifications.
