Description

You will build and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop platform solutions meeting documented business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across applications and platform components using system logs.
• Handle data conversion tasks, including real-time and batch integration mapping and transformations.
• Participate in requirements and design review sessions and conduct demos for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years experience with ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Pages).
• 6+ years experience using ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• 6+ years experience building custom workflows.
• 3+ years experience in HTML, CSS, and AJAX development.
• 3+ years experience configuring and debugging role/group-based ACLs.
• 1+ year of Service Portal development (Widgets, Pages, AngularJs).
• Proven experience in data integration, bulk data import/export, and cut over planning.
