Description

Define ServiceNow architecture, lead hands-on development, and manage platform governance for federal clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture aligned with CSDM and minimize technical debt.
• Develop custom scoped applications, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Implement FedRAMP-compliant security protocols, including ACLs, encryption, and secure coding standards.
• Design integrations with third-party systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish development standards and conduct code reviews to ensure platform health and upgradeability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years IT experience, with 5+ years deep ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Experience in FedRAMP or regulated government cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) in public sector.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or ITOM preferred.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect (CMA).
• Security+ or similar cybersecurity certification.
