Description

Develop and maintain custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build ServiceNow solutions and Service Catalog items to meet business requirements.
• Enhance and maintain existing custom platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug platform and application issues using System Logs and browser-based debugging tools.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design review sessions, and stakeholder demos.
• Deliver technical updates within an Agile project management environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Client and Server JavaScript coding.
• Experience with ServiceNow Client and Server Scripting APIs.
• Proven track record building custom workflows.
• Experience building custom UI pages using HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Ability to configure and debug role/group-based ACLs.
• Experience handling data conversion, including real-time and batch data integration, mapping, and transformations.
• Knowledge of bulk data import/export, mass updates, and cut over planning.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
• Service Portal development including Widgets, Service Portal Pages, and AngularJS.
