Description

Design, build, and troubleshoot software solutions on the ServiceNow platform as part of the core development team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows by converting business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Build and manage system integrations using REST API.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while adhering to design constraints.
• Debug platform issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Verified ServiceNow platform certifications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules, including HR Service Delivery and Service Portal.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to mentor junior developers.
• Experience analyzing large data sets for visualizations and reporting.
