You will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to support complex technology initiatives with broad organizational impact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document ServiceNow projects and programs.
• Analyze and review large-scale technology solutions to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups to resolve complex configuration and integration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Experience with the Third Party Risk Management module.
• Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for medium to complex configurations and scripting issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with external industry groups.
