Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications to support enterprise digital transformation and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, GRC / IRM, SecOps, SPM, and FSM
• Configure workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Develop Service Catalog items and automation workflows
• Build custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Implement integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Maintain CMDB health and ensure data integrity
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
• Implement automation capabilities including Virtual Agent and RPA
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Follow Agile / Scrum development practices
Must Have Skills
• Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC / IRM, SecOps, SPM, or FSM
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
• Service Catalog development experience
• Experience with REST / SOAP integrations
• Good understanding of CMDB
Preferred Certifications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Good to Have
• Experience with AI capabilities within ServiceNow
• RPA development experience
• Performance Analytics dashboards
• Cloud platform integrations
