Description

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise digital transformation and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, SPM, and FSM.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Develop Service Catalog items, automation workflows, and custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Maintain CMDB health, ensure data integrity, and develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, SPM, or FSM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API.
• Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation.
• Service Catalog development experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience with AI capabilities, RPA development, or Performance Analytics dashboards.
