Description

You will design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support core modules including Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, and CMS.
• Manage CMDB implementation, support, and data normalization.
• Build and modify workflows to automate business processes.
• Develop custom configurations using ServiceNow JavaScript classes and the Angular framework.
• Maintain the ServiceNow web service portal and platform administration.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript coding within the ServiceNow environment.
• Experience with the Angular framework and ServiceNow custom configuration techniques.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and data normalization.
• Solid understanding of ITIL methodologies and processes.
• Experience working with ServiceNow web service portals.
• Ability to work in English.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and Admin certification.
