Description

You will own the development, core configuration, and technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new ServiceNow workflows and processes.
• Customize ITSM solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, web services, and standard web technologies.
• Manage code deployment from lower environments to production.
• Conduct quality assurance, regression testing, and major or patch upgrade testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Jelly.
• Experience with web services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with MYSQL.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
• Ability to follow ServiceNow best practices for system compliance.
